I was travelling with my husband and 9 y/o son. We had an amazing experience with Epic Mountain Express.Wonderful and efficient drivers and coordination. I wouldn't hesitate to use Epic Mountain Express again and would like to thank them for making my trip to Vail, in the worst of weather conditions, enjoyable and comfortable. So overall this is an amazing and efficient service, managed in a professional and competent way. When booking the service I emailed Epic Mountain Express several times, and then again just before I left for the US, and each time my email was answered in less than 20 minutes. It's a minibus, so you're quite up-close with other passengers, but that's okay, and people were friendly and happy to chat. On return, the minibus was on time at my hotel and the driver was helpful and informative when we arrived at the airport. However, the service continued with a little wait and in the snow and ice Larry was a steady and careful driver - as well as lending me his arm to help me across the snow on arrival. It was manic at the airport when I arrived from Heathrow and I was worried because of the extreme weather conditions that the minibus run by Epic Mountain Express might not run.
